Complete six sessions to support what is happening within, create space to recover and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.  Once finished and able to identify the medicine, receive a traditional hand-poke tattoo to symbolize the release.

Using Indigenous-focused therapy that emphasizes somatic healing, explore the link to seasonal remedies necessary to navigate challenging seasons. This program consists of six to twelve sessions to foster this connection.
